Third Wheel is performer owned and performer operated. Our goal is to make our venue accessible to all levels of performers. We host free weekly comedy open mics 7 nights a week, free music open mics 2 nights a week, as well as shows with some of the most exciting, talented, and successful acts in LA. We keep our food & drink prices down so all the starving artists out here trying pursue their creative dream can have a drink or snack without getting killed by LA prices. We pay our door/sound/concessions staff from the funds we get through venue rentals. Much of our staff will often work for free because they want to help us build a place that can support our community of artists & performers.
We want to show our appreciation to anyone and everyone that helps us along the way, either through the work they’ve put in to build our space, or through financial donations. That’s why we created our brick wall of honor.
